How to Share Your Photos

We have dedicated photo albums for each year from 1996 to 2025. Simply:

1. Find your year in the album collection below

2. Click on the album for the year your photos were taken

3. Upload your photos directly to that album

4. Add captions if you'd like to share the story behind the photo

What Photos We're Looking For:

• Campouts and outdoor adventures

• High adventure trips (Philmont, Sea Base, Northern Tier, Summit)

• Summer camp memories

• Service projects and community events

• Court of Honor ceremonies and Eagle Scout celebrations

• Weekly meeting activities and patrol fun

• Historical photos from past years

• Behind-the-scenes moments that show the Troop 826 spirit

Photo Sharing Permission

By uploading photos to any Troop 826 album, you grant permission for:

✅ Troop 826 and its media team to use your photos for:

• Social media promotion (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)

• Website content and updates

• Recruiting materials and presentations

• Troop newsletters and communications

• Historical documentation and displays

✅ Usage will always:

• Promote Boy Scout Troop 826 in a positive manner

• Respect the dignity and privacy of all scouts and families

• Follow BSA Youth Protection guidelines

• Credit photographers when possible

❌ Photos will never be:

• Used for commercial purposes outside of troop promotion

• Shared with unauthorized third parties

• Used in ways that compromise scout or family privacy

• Shows scouts engaged in scouting activities

• Captures the adventure and fun of our outdoor program

• Demonstrates character development and leadership

• Includes diverse activities (camping, service, advancement, fun)

• High quality and well-lit when possible

🔒 Privacy Considerations:

• Avoid photos with personal information visible (addresses, phone numbers, etc.)

• Consider the appropriateness of photos for public viewing
